Interesting Projects
About three years ago, three entrepreneurs from a young startup knocked on our door with advanced hardware, modest funding, and plenty of motivation. They developed an innovative hardware system enabling professional recording of sports games, embedded within a compact vest that players can wear during the game.
Through an extended collaboration, we built for them a complete end-to-end software ecosystem: apps for controlling cameras via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, advanced AI and algorithmic tools for processing, enhancing, and transmitting high-quality video at live-broadcast speeds, and various other software solutions that supported the product’s and company’s growth from day one.
Today, after several funding rounds, the company operates in leading sports leagues worldwide, collaborating with top teams and channels.
Today, XRND stands at the forefront of the Telemedicine field in Israel, serving as the largest producer of doctor-patient communication systems. In collaboration with HMOs and insurance companies, we have developed innovative systems based on the world’s leading video and communication technologies.
The systems we created operate independently, meet the strictest medical regulatory standards, and offer maximum quality and stability, full documentation, and encryption — all at a significantly higher level than common commercial solutions. As part of a unique project with a limited budget, XRND took on a challenge that had no solution in Israel — creating a secure system for receiving SMS messages for hundreds of different phone numbers.
Due to high data security sensitivity and budget limitations, cloud services were not an option. We set out with a clear goal: to find an independent, safe, and efficient solution.
After thoroughly examining a range of hardware and software solutions worldwide, we chose to import dedicated hardware components and develop a custom software system. The system is built so that each cluster supports up to 250 SIM cards, connected in automatic rotation to an array of eight cellular modems. The entire array is controlled by a computer with unique software we developed, operating in a plug-and-play manner. The company’s systems and employees are connected to a web interface and a dedicated API, allowing real-time SMS reception — easily, securely, and without reliance on external entities.
One of Israel’s largest media organizations wanted a new, updated website but realized that a tech upgrade alone would not be enough to stand out in the evolving media market. From a joint brainstorming session emerged a groundbreaking idea, never before seen in Israel: an AI-powered search engine that deeply understands thousands of site pages and dozens of details and descriptions for each, integrating cross-referenced information from external sources.
This allows visitors to perform completely free-form searches and even hold a conversation with a smart chatbot that will locate the relevant page not only based on its visible text but also by logic, context, and general knowledge. The system works in natural Hebrew at high speed, and by combining multiple models and optimizing each, we managed to reduce operating costs to mere fractions of a cent per user.


A sports and events startup challenged us to develop a smart dynamic ticket pricing prediction system. By collecting and processing large amounts of data from diverse sources, building advanced algorithms, and training unique AI models, the system can analyze real-time market trends, changing demand, historical data, and external event impacts to produce accurate forecasts that update almost instantly. Its self-learning mechanism enables continuous improvement, making it more accurate and smarter with each new data point.
Beyond price predictions, the system generates unique insights unavailable anywhere else, such as identifying optimal buying or selling time windows, spotting trends that indicate unusual demand, and providing a competitive edge to event organizers and sales platforms. The result is a flexible and powerful tool that benefits both consumers and business entities in a world where ticket prices change by the minute.
XRND specializes in executing scraping projects in various fields, each with its own unique challenges. In one case, we worked with a commerce site serving millions of visitors, with the goal of detecting newly added pages in the shortest possible time to send immediate alerts to our clients.
The project presented several challenges: the site had flood-prevention mechanisms that hindered scraping; we needed to bypass CAPTCHA systems; overcome intentional slowdowns for high-bandwidth users or those making many requests; and prevent IP address blocking.
Despite these challenges, we achieved the ambitious goal of collecting thousands of pages per second containing gigabytes of raw data, which we had to process efficiently to enable quick and accurate decision-making.
